Delivery & Returns


DELIVERY

We aim to deliver your items within 2-4 working days of your order being placed (Monday- Friday) excluding bank holidays and public holidays.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail Standard signed for delivery, once your order has been dispatched we will email you your unique tracking code.

Main Land UK - Standard signed for delivery £2.99

EU (Incl. Ireland) Shipping - Standard signed for delivery £14.99

Worldwide Shipping - Standard signed for delivery £19.99


LOCAL PICK UP

Orders placed for local pick up will be available to collect from our location in Upminster, Essex, RM14 - within 1-3 business days. You will be notified via email when your order is ready to collect.


RETURNS

Thank you so much for shopping with Jewel Bunny, we hope you love wearing your purchases as much as we enjoyed selecting them.

We offer refunds within 7 days of receiving your order on all unworn items with your receipt or proof of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received; unused or unworn and in all original packaging with tags and backing card. 

Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on earrings and unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please therefore get in touch if you have any questions or concerns about an item and we will gladly help.

To start a return, please contact us via email. Once your item has been approved for a refund, we will advise you on the address to return it to. Please note we do not cover the cost of returns unless the item is faulty.

REFUNDS 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and will let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, we will refund you onto your original payment method. Please note that this may take a few days to show up in your account.


DAMAGES

Please check your order as soon as you receive it. If your purchase is not as expected, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and we will advise you on the next steps to ensure we make it right for you!
